How it works
You can choose either Pay As You Go, Meal Packs, or Subscription options.
With Pay As You Go and Meal Packs there is no commitment, you simply choose the meals you want and the delivery day you want them – and we do the rest.
With Subscription, you can choose from 3 packages (Small = Weight Loss, Regular = Maintain, and Large = Muscle Gain).
Large portions are approximately 1.5 x the size of our regular meals, and Small portions are 0.8 x the size of a regular meal.
With a subscription you can choose your meal options for weeks ahead, saving you time. You have until Midday on the cut-off day preceding your delivery to change and/or confirm your meals. If you do not select your meals we will randomly select them.
Any additional costs or deductions from selecting a more expensive or cheaper item(s) will be updated accordingly.
Our small and regular meals are £5.99, and our large meals are £7.99.
If you set up a Subscription you will receive a 5% discount on the price of each meal.
There is an additional delivery charge, depending on your location.
Once you are happy with your plan, proceed to checkout and enter your details. Select your preferred day to start your deliveries on either Tuesday or Friday and enter your payment details. We accept Debit/Credit Cards including American Express.
With our subscriptions your plan will automatically be renewed every week with weekly charges.
Your date of recurring payment will be based on the day you sign up.
You can choose from fortnightly or 4-weekly billing.
Changes and cancellations
Yes, you may skip the deliveries or cancel the subscription from your account. Simply log in to your account and head over to the “Subscription settings”.
When you cancel from your account, the system will schedule your cancellation for after you have received all the meals you have paid for.
If you wish to cancel sooner, then please get in touch with the customer services team at email@example.com who can cancel an order sooner as long as there isn’t an order already being prepped for you.
Alternatively, as long as there isn’t an order in prep for you, then you can select our “skip” option to opt-out of receiving meals on particular days.
After our order cut off time (Midday on Tuesday and Midday on Friday), we place all our orders for the most freshest of produce to bring you your tasty nutritious meals.
We also prepare all the admin associated with your order which includes printing, arranging the labels for your meals and planning routes for the drivers ensure timely delivery.
Therefore, we are unable to cancel your order after the cut off times due to these costs associated. We hope you will understand that. If you are unable to receive your order we will strive to donate the meals to a local cause or project.
Please take note of these following days to make changes to your plan:
– Before Midday Tuesday for Friday delivery
– Before Midday Friday for Tuesday delivery
If you need to change an address after any of these times for an upcoming delivery, please contact us as soon as possible firstname.lastname@example.org
Note that it is not possible to redirect a delivery on the day of delivery.
The menu can be viewed here. We understand that variety is literally the spice of life, and as such aim to keep our menu fresh by changing and updating it every week.
We are proud of every ingredient we use and aim to have everything sourced from local farms and suppliers. We ensure our produce is always super fresh and of the highest quality.

At this moment in time we cannot guarantee our meat is Halal or Halal certified.
Our service is to make healthy eating as easy and convenient as possible. Each meal is individually packaged in a microwaveable container ready to reheat. All heating instructions are found on the food boxes, specific to each meal.
Some of our meals can be eaten chilled, without the need to heat them.
All of our meals come with heating instructions for the microwave and oven.
To heat in a conventional oven, fully remove the cardboard sleeve and film. The tray is oven safe up to 180 degrees centigrade. We recommend heating for no more than 20 minutes, although this may differ depending on your appliance.
Always ensure your meals are heated properly before consuming, check to see if the centre of the meal is piping hot to ensure it is thoroughly heated.
Meals will stay fresh for 4 days upon delivery if kept refrigerated. If you are planning on eating the meals after 4 days please freeze them once they’re delivered to ensure freshness. To defrost, please take your meals out of the freezer the night before consumption and leave in the fridge for up to 24 hours before.
All expiry dates are found on the food boxes.
All meals will be delivered to you no later than 24 hours after they have been prepared.
Of course! We recommend that you freeze the meals on the day of delivery if you aren’t planning on eating them within the recommended best before date.
We advise consuming them within 1 month.

All of our meals are produced in the same kitchen and whilst we do our utmost to reduce cross-contamination, if you have a severe allergen we do advise for you to consult us prior to ordering.
Our meals are labelled individually with ingredients containing allergens denoted in bold.

We aim to provide 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there are any issues with your meals, please contact us immediately explaining the issue to us and we will try our best to resolve this for you.
All your meals are packed with special ice packs and insulation, so your food keeps cool they reach you.
Yes. You can reuse ice packs, or dispose of them responsibly by emptying the contents into the drain and recycling the outers. The cardboard box is curb side recyclable, as is the insulated lining.
We hope to be able to accept returns of cardboard boxes, insulation, and ice packs soon.
We deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays.
On Friday, you will receive meals for Saturday to Tuesday. To receive your order on Friday, please ensure you place the order by Midday on the Tuesday before.
On Tuesday, you will receive meals for Wednesday to Friday. To receive your order on the Tuesday, please ensure you place the order by Midday on the Friday before.
Please note, for our Exeter based or collection customers you may be able to get your meals on the same day they are cooked (Monday & Thursday) instead of Tuesday and Friday.
We deliver all over mainland UK.
If you live in Exeter we will typically deliver ourselves, and we will contact you by SMS or WhatsApp to arrange the best day & time.
If you live outside of the Exeter, your parcel will be delivered by DPD couriers. We use pre-Midday DPD delivery ensuring you get your meals as soon as possible. You can download the DPD app for easy access to your delivery information.
No problem! When you are placing your order at checkout, you’ll be able to specify delivery instructions to the driver such as a safe place.
On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message and you will have the option to leave your delivery in a safe place or with a neighbour.
If left somewhere such as your back garden, a picture of the location will be sent to you via text message.
Yes. If you live or work in Exeter, you may find it more convenient to collect your meals from our kitchen. Select that option at checkout, and we will contact you to arrange the best collection day & time.
